6 Week Beginners Program
Ready to start your Jiu-Jitsu journey? Our 6-Week Jiu-Jitsu Challenge is the perfect way for beginners to dive into martial arts in a low-stress, fun environment. Designed to build your confidence, this course introduces the key positions and techniques youā€™ll need, with a focus on self-defense and practical application.
Our course repeats every 6 weeks, so you can join at any time and complete the full curriculum in just over a month. Plus, you can supplement your training by attending our regular classes during the program!
What to Expect:
- Personal Accountability Coach to help you stay consistent and reach your goals.
- Uniform included, so youā€™re ready to train from day one.
- Video recordings of techniques learned in class for review at home.
- Mini private lessons to accelerate your progress.
- Learn the fundamental positions, principles, and strategies of Jiu-Jitsu.
- Train with other beginners in a supportive atmosphere.
- Attend all regular classes during the 6-week program for supplemental training!
- After completing the course, upgrade to a full membership and repeat the 6-week challenge indefinitely at no extra cost.
- Current students are welcome to join the challenge as well!
